2. User - an adult person with full activation and registration who can make purchases on the website.

3. Goods - an item or other good displayed by the store owner, which can be purchased using the available sales system in the store.

4. Seller - Scandi Tomasz Robak, ul. Nagórzycka 124, 97-200 Tomaszów Mazowiecki, NIP: 773-140-75-18 REGON: 590627271 - store owner displaying goods.

5. Buyer - a person purchasing an item, goods, etc.

1. All transactions in the scandi-sklep.pl store are concluded in the Polish monetary unit PLN and the European monetary unit EUR.

2. The website can only be used by adults.

3. The store sells hunting accessories online.

4. The store works in all available web browsers.

5. Orders are processed within the European Economic Area..

-Account use-

1. When a contract is concluded, i.e. an item is purchased through the scandi-sklep.pl portal, a confirmation e-mail is generated and sent to the store owner and the buyer.

2. Any changes to address and contact details should be provided and updated by the user if they change.

3. We use a high level of security and all data is stored in a database that meets privacy requirements and in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the freedom to flow of such data (GDPR) and repealing Directive 95/46 EC.

Only the store owner and authorized employees designated by him have access to the data; the data will not be made available to third parties.

In order to ship the goods, address data is transferred to postal operators.

The customer may edit his/her data at any time after logging in to the store account, and may request closing or deleting the store account by sending an e-mail to: scandi@scandi-sklep.pl.

-Order fulfillment-

1. After receiving information about the purchase made by the user in the store (the information is generated automatically by the store system) and confirming receipt of payment, store employees will prepare the goods as quickly as possible, and they will be sent within 48 hours (within 7 business days at the latest). If it is not possible to complete the order within the specified time, the store will immediately refund the entire amount paid by the customer to the bank account indicated by him.

Depending on the selected form of shipment (DPD courier, Inpost Paczkomat), the delivery time of the goods from the date of shipment is a maximum of 14 business days.

2. All prices given in the store are gross prices, the only additional costs that are added to the price of the item are its shipping (or other additional fees if they are provided in the description of the item being sold). The customer always receives an accurate summary of the final prices at the stage of ordering in the basket before final confirmation and sending of the order, the store issues an invoice or bill for each item sold in the store.

3. Payment for the purchased goods should be transferred to the store details provided in the order summary, taking into account the entire amount provided. The applicable payment methods are bank transfer and other methods provided when placing the order.

4. In accordance with the Act on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014, which implements EU Directive 2011/83, within 14 days of delivery of the ordered goods, the consumer has the right to return them without giving reasons as part of withdrawal from the contract, in accordance with the general principles arising from the provisions on concluding distance contracts. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered void and the buyer is released from any obligations. The returned goods must be delivered to the store's address: Scandi Tomasz Robak, ul. Nagórzycka 124, 97-200 Tomaszów Mazowiecki with a written declaration of withdrawal from the contract.After receiving the goods back, the store will refund the purchased goods in the amount paid by the buyer. According to the law, in the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the buyer bears the cost of returning the product to our store, and the store returns to the buyer the payment for the goods and for delivering the parcel, i.e. the entire amount of the costs incurred during the purchase is refunded (the refund to the buyer takes place immediately after receipt of the returned goods).

5. In the event of a complaint procedure, the goods should be sent back to the following address: Scandi Tomasz Robak, ul. Nagórzycka 124, 97-200 Tomaszów Mazowiecki.

6. Customer complaints are considered individually within 14 days of notification.

7. All personal data obtained are protected and used in accordance with the conditions set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) and repealing Directive 95/46 EC.

-Final provisions-

1. The Regulations enter into force on October 30, 2023.

2. Any non-compliance with the above regulations, Polish and European Union Law on user accounts may lead to account suspension.
