Description of the complaint process

1. The Buyer may submit complaints to the Seller regarding the concluded Agreement at:

scandi@scandi-sklep.pl

or in writing to the Seller's correspondence address. A properly submitted complaint should contain at least:

- name, surname, address, e-mail address of the Buyer,

- the date of conclusion of the Agreement constituting the basis for the complaint, 

- the subject of the complaint, indicating the Buyer's request,

- any circumstances justifying the complaint.

2. If the data or information provided in the complaint need to be supplemented, before considering the complaint, the Seller asks the person submitting the complaint to supplement it in the indicated scope.

3. The Seller recognises the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt in the correct form.

4. The response to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer or to the traditional mail address..

Right of withdrawal

Within 14 days of receiving the purchased item or, in the case of services, concluding a contract, the Buyer (consumer) may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. In such a case, the Seller will refund all payments received from the Buyer.



To withdraw from the contract, please submit an appropriate declaration of will to the Seller by writing to the e-mail address:

The buyer may use the contract withdrawal form provided below. The parcel should be sent to the following address:Scandi Tomasz Robak, ul. Nagórzycka 124, 97-200 Tomaszów Mazowiecki.



Sample declaration of withdrawal from the contract (this declaration should be completed and returned only if you wish to withdraw from the contract):

Cost of returning items

In the event of withdrawal from the Agreement, the Seller does not bear the cost of returning the Goods.

No withdrawal possibility

The Buyer (consumer) is not entitled to withdraw from the contract concluded within the scandi-sklep.pl store in relation to contracts:

  • provision of services if the entrepreneur has fully performed the service with the express consent of the consumer, who was informed before the provision of services that after the entrepreneur has completed the service, he will lose the right to withdraw from the contract
  • in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to meet his individual needs;
  •  in which the subject of the service are items which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other items;
  • in which the consumer has expressly requested the entrepreneur to come to him for urgent repair or maintenance; if the entrepreneur additionally provides services other than those requested by the consumer, or supplies items other than spare parts necessary for repair or maintenance, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract in relation to additional services or items;
  • in which the subject of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery;
  • for the supply of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance of the service began with the consumer's express consent before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract and after the entrepreneur informed him about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract..

Obligation to deliver goods without defects

The Seller undertakes to deliver the items without defects, excluding the defects indicated in the sales offer. 

Possibility to use out-of-court methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims and access to these procedures

The buyer who is a consumer has the opportunity to use out-of-court complaint handling and redresscourt. The procedure is regulated by Regulation (EC) No. 861/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 July 2007 establishing the European Small Claims Procedure.
